This policy covers this website and our communication channels. Purchases are processed by Whop (Whop Inc.); their processing of your payment and account data is governed by Whop's own privacy policy presented at checkout.
When you buy a product, the contract data (name, e-mail, payment) is collected and processed by Whop as our sales platform. We receive from Whop the data required to deliver your purchase and manage your access (e-mail, order details, membership status) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Retention: statutory commercial and tax retention periods (in Austria generally 7 years, § 132 BAO).
If you join our Telegram community, Telegram processes your data under its own policy; access management (invites/removals) is handled automatically via Whop based on your membership status. If you contact us by e-mail or social media DM, we process your message to respond (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Recipients: hosting provider, Whop (platform & payments, USA — safeguarded via EU standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable), Telegram (community), payment providers used at checkout. We do not sell personal data.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. These terms govern the sale of digital courses ("The System", "The Printer") by the operator of clipprinter.com, Austria, reachable at clipprinter1@gmail.com ("we"), to customers purchasing via our sales platform Whop. Whop's platform terms apply additionally to the checkout and account.
Our products are digital self-study courses (text lessons, video, downloadable files) with access to a private community. The contract is concluded when Whop confirms your order at checkout. Access is granted immediately after payment.
Prices are one-time payments in USD as displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are calculated and collected at checkout. Payment methods are those offered by Whop (card, crypto, and others).
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 11 FAGG). For digital content delivered immediately, this right expires when you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) Z 11 FAGG / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). By purchasing and accessing the course immediately, you give this consent as indicated at checkout.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course content for your own learning. Sharing accounts or content, reselling, redistributing, publishing, or making the content available to third parties is prohibited and leads to termination of access without refund; further claims remain reserved.
Access to the community requires respectful conduct. Spam, harassment, illegal content, and redistribution of course material lead to exclusion. Minimum age for purchase and community participation: 18 years.
Our products are educational. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or earnings (see Earnings Disclaimer below). Statements about our own results are individual experiences, not a promise of your results.
The methods taught rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, campaign platforms). These are outside our control and may change their rules, features, rates, or availability at any time. Such changes are no defect of our product.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability (including under consumer law) remains unaffected.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention; for consumers, the mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Alternative-Streitbeilegung-Gesetz). Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays effective.
The Clip Printer products are educational content about social media content creation and monetization. We make no promise or guarantee of income, results, or success. Any figures shown (views, payouts, earnings) are our own individual results or illustrative examples; they are not typical and do not indicate what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your effort, consistency, niche, platform changes, and campaign availability.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Campaigns taught in the course may involve brands from regulated industries (e.g. betting/casino); you are responsible for complying with the platform rules and the advertising and age-restriction laws applicable in your country. Participation is intended for adults (18+).
